We process information submitted through our contact and infrastructure inquiry channels strictly for the following purposes:

  • Responding to technical consultations and architectural inquiries – under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract).
  • Execution of engineering, private cloud deployment, and SLA contracts – under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – technical cybersecurity auditing, fraud prevention, and establishing or defending legal claims.

3. Zero Commercial Tracking & Cookieless Analytics

4ECOM respects client sovereignty and online privacy by design:

  • No invasive cookies: This website does not use tracking, advertising, or cross-site profiling cookies. We do not integrate third-party advertising networks (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel).
  • Privacy-first Umami Analytics: We use an internal, self-hosted deployment of Umami Analytics running on our European infrastructure. It does not collect personal data, does not store cookies in client browsers, and does not track users across domains.

4. Data Recipients and Retention

Your data is never sold or rented. Data may only be processed by infrastructure providers necessary to maintain secure systems operation (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure within the EU, enterprise mail gateways).

Data is retained only as long as necessary to conduct technical consultations or contract execution, subject to statutory statutory limitation periods.
